Delivery

All jewellery is ready to post, and I aim to send orders within two working days. Please let me know if you need an order urgently for a gift - I will always try to make sure it is there in time!

Standard postage is free in the UK.

I use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and first class for all deliveries in the UK, unless the Special Delivery option is chosen at checkout. International orders are sent with Royal Mail International Standard.

Once your order is in the post you will receive a dispatch notification email. 

 

Returns

I am happy to accept returns - please let me know within two weeks if you would like to return an item. Returned items must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition and return postage must be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Gifts

Please let me know if you would like a handwritten gift message included with your order. No price details are included in the package.

 

Jewellery Care

The jewellery is sterling silver and high fired ceramic. The silver will need cleaning occasionally - I recommend a silver polishing cloth for this. Oxidised (dark) silver should not be polished as this can remove the oxidisation.

Please take care with the ceramic pieces as they may break if dropped onto a hard surface. 

Jewellery should be removed before swimming, showering or sleeping to protect the sterling silver surface.
