Single Landscape Bead Necklace

A one-off necklace with a single hand painted and monoprinted bead, based on my sketchbook landscape drawings. The bead is individually hand formed from stoneware clay with white porcelain slip, and hand painted and glazed before being fired in the kiln to 1220 degrees celsius. The pendant has platinum details that have been added in a separate firing. The bead is strung on waxed cotton cord and finished with a recycled sterling silver slider bead to allow the length of the necklace to be adjusted.

The size of the pendant is approximately 40mm and the maximum cord length is 29 inches. The necklace will arrive in a Katy Mai gift box.
